Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Email us at contact@lunavero.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@lunavero.com

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@lunavero.comto arrange an exchange.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
